At The 9’s Tarot, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

Digital products such as tarot reading, oracle readings, starseed origin readings, audio tracks, video transmissions, access to the vaults, and activations are non-refundable due to the energetic nature of the service.

  • Due to the nature of our products, all  digital sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for digital products, readings, or personalized items.
  • Physical products (such as manifestation journals, manifestation kits, crystals, oracle cards, and all physical items) are eligible for a return if they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your digital item arrives defective in any way , please contact us with:

  • Your order number
  • An screen shot of the defect

We will gladly replace the digital item.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on readings or any of our or digital downloads, as these are personalized and made-to-order.

Cancellations

  • Orders for digital products and services ( including readings) cannot be cancelled once they are processed.
